What counts as proof?
A photo from the session: the gym, your notes, your screen. Your squad can dispute anything that looks fake, so the board stays honest.
Who sees my proof photos?
Your squad. Proof photos never leave it. Strangers only ever see your rank.
What happens if I stop training?
Go quiet and your rank decays. A planned rest day covers the nights you mean to miss, and your XP never drops below the highest rank you have held.
